rdehoop1 What is the length of this skirt and the width of the waist band lying flat. It looks like an elastic waist band, so should stretch a bit too. Is that correct?

nataliekap Hello! The length of the skirt is 40" from top of elastic to hem. The width of the elastic lying flat is 14.5" (so 29" waist) but stretches easily to 21". Hope this helps!
