philosophygal @bedardjohanneus the bottom band is 21” easily stretch to 27” without being taunt. The top covers my bum and I am 5’4” and large busted so might fall lower on a smaller busted woman. The band at the bottom can be pulled up to sit higher and drape over. I wore it straight down and the hips are 28”. Hope that helps.
