No color fading, just the lighting where it was photographed has created some shadows. It is a men's size large. It is 100% cotton and has a really nice texture. It is a little wrinkled at the moment. The wrinkles will come out, but given the original value of the shirt, I didn't want to risk ironing it for the photos.
