Never worn: Levi’s dark blue denim western shirt XXL but fits like XL

Dark blue denim Levi’s western shirt. I received it as a gift and never got to wear it because it fits small. Tag reads XXL but it fits like XL. Dimensions: horizontal pit to pit 25.5”, vertical front and centre 27” (as you can see, these are dimensions consistent with XL, not XXL)
