deedeemeri Not sure what the marks are - it was in storage. It would hopefully come off in dry cleaning. Size wise - it's 34 inches from the top of the the shoulder to the bottom. I am 5'5 and it rests just above the knee. From right to left bottom of armhole it is 16".
