New Woman Design Strappy Racer Back Handkerchief Hem Dress

This lovely dress has a great handkerchief hemline and it also has a light lining so no need for a slip or other undergarments. The lining has a tear in it that cannot be seen when the dress is worn and does not affect the function of the lining. Size is Medium - the dress measures about 14" from arm pit to pit which is the narrowest part of the dress. I am modelling the dress in the photo and I am 5'3". As you can see, the dress is at the knee at the shortest and the longest parts reach the floor
