divakaaren Hi David I was all dolled up and ready to rock my new pearl styled booties this morning. Couldn’t get my foot in! Turns out they’re a size 6.5 vs 8.5 the other two pair you sent are the correct size - 8.5. How do you wish to handle??

bambampringle @divakaaren Hi Kaaren...I’m so sorry! What a dumb mistake for me to make! What I’d really like to do is offer you an even exchange. Just choose any other pair you like and I’ll send them out to you. We can deal with the specifics via private email. When you’ve chosen a pair put them in a “bundle” so I know exactly which ones you want. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.
