New dog collar bowtie

New dog collar bowtie. New because we bought this and our dog grew so fast that he outgrew it before the event we bought it for 😭. 13.5 inches long extended fully (without black clip measured) and can go down to about 9.5 inches length. new (but not with tags). thanks for lookin'!
