New vintage SILVER autumnal corsage pendant (carnelian?)

New vintage SILVER autumnal corsage pendant (carnelian?) Gorgeous huge silver 3D pendant. I think it’s a fall corsage or floral bouquet. Especially with the pointy gems (flowers, pinecones, buds, seed pods). 4x13 mm. Dark Rust orange red brown. Semi opaque. May be carnelian? The shiny silver “leaves” have veins, pointillist texture, and diamond cut edges that are shiny and bright. The “ribbons” or “sprays” have framed raised edges with raised dotted beads inside. Huge cage frame / mount underneath of 14 wires / buttresses. 28x45 mm x 11 mm tall, including bail. New vintage c. 1970s. Gems may be synthetic. Hallmark: SILVER. Made in Korea or Hong Kong.
