I try to do as much as possible to preserve each piece and I did not have a box quite big enough so I purchased a bag I thought would properly accommodate the items! Well, I don't think this is it by your description, but it does have a tan tag on it, and so it may be yours/someone else's...it's silver, and turquoise, maybe 1/3-1/2 inch wide, and on the tag, it has a" j" and zeros, and $4.99...i can post a photo as a temporary "listing", for you to look, if you want. Regardless, I would/will get it to you, no worries! Connie
