in good condition. super feminine navy blue dress covered in white bows. collared with studs. elastic waist lined some wear from wash but nothing major . very nice to wear to work or wedding. pit to pit is 16 inches elastic waist is 13 inches...very forgiving with the elastic to adapt to your waist if it.needs an extra inch or two. shoulder to hem is 35 inches made in India.
