Excellent condition. Im sizing this skirt as a size 12 - 14. The tag says size 14W Measures waist 16.5” and length 25” I’ve had this skirt for over 15 yrs and worn it a handful of times. Small imperfection on one of the fringes see photo. Very soft & pretty, feminine skirt. I would pair this skirt with cute boots for a night out or dress it up with heels & a nice blouse.
