Nine West dress

Pretty flare dress that looks amazing on. Colour is like a blue purple with black underneath. Pleats on this dress make the flare Cinderella like. Very well made with similar colour lining throughout. Zipper in back. Snap button on the strap to hold your bra in place!! Gotta love that aspect alone! Back from the dry cleaners and ready to go. Laid flat - waist is just over 15, armpit to armpit 17 and hips flare so like 21 plus.
