OBO Strapless Formal Bridesmaid/Prom Dress

Stunning Formal and Elegant Bridesmaid and/or Prom Dress. It is baby blue, with silver undertones. It is a Size 8 US women. The dress can be worn with the straps or strapless. The materials in the dress include: Satin, Lace, Sequins, and Rhinestones. This is one of my favourite dresses. It was only worn once as a bridesmaid dress. It is in mint condition and will be dry-cleaned upon purchase. The price is negotiable, but no lowball offers. I paid over $800 before tax for this dress.
