OOAK handmade sz6 blue gingham collared "Dorothy of Oz" dress VGUC

This very cute size 6 blue gingham dress always reminds me of Dorthy from Wizard of Oz, with the white top, and Peter Pan collar. This dress (along with two others) was handmade for my kiddo, and was thoroughly enjoyed, but has no stains or tears. It is polyster, so easy care, with adorable puffed sleeves. The bodice is made of a sheer fabric, but I never recall this being noticable when the kiddo wore it for photos.
