joannesstyle Hi Tammy I was surprised when I read your rating and comment about the Puma bag you bought from me. I checked the bag, tested the zippers before sending it to you and everything was fine. I would not have sent a damaged item. I am sorry about this. I believe Poshmark will look at this and let us know what will be done. Can you take a video or picture of where/ how the zipper is broken?
