Old Navy, NWT Maxi Summer Spaghetti Strap Dress with ties in back, see pictures, also has elastic gathering in back . Slits on either side of dress It is regular size not petite so for my 5 ft height it would have needed to be hemmed or wear heals. Colours are subtle but vibrant.

luvlondon @kgaylea Hi, it is 19 1/2 inches pit to pit. The back is elasticized and it is adjustable with how you tie the neck. I tried to show that with a couple new pictures.
