Olive green puff shoulder peplum blazer

Fully lined. Unfinished seams in arm opening(see pic) which may indicate that it’s handmade. Tonal piping around all edges. Double breasted look in inner secure button fastening. Ruffle built into inner puff at shoulder to maintain shape. Decorative buttons on cuffs. No tags. Material has texture like raw silk but it feels like a synthetic. Ability to move and resew buttons at waist to cinch in or let out a bit. Measured as size Small(see measurements). Approx 24in length, 14.25in shoulder seam to seam, 24in shoulder seam to cuff, 18in pit to pit, 14in width at waist.
