I bought it from The Bay years ago,
No scratches on the lens,
just some light scratches from normal wear (I tried to capture some in the last 2 photos, at the bottom)

I am not a professional in selling sunglasses but it seems like everything is working, the temples are nicely attached and can close nicely
There are some scratches from normal wear
but there are no scratches on the lens (at least I can't see it with my own eyes)
