From the top of the neckline to the waist measures 12 inches. The waistline measures one and a half inches. From the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt measures 22 and three-quarter inches. The fabric is polyester and spandex. It has a cotton like crispness to it and horizontal stretch.
