Oversize floral chambray cropped tunic

NWOT oversize tunic/short kimono sleeve blouse. Will fit medium to XL. Can be worn with sleeves down or rolled. Nice weight to the chambray, not too heavy but not flimsy. Washed but never worn Tag says 95%cotton 5% spandex but there is NO stretch to this top.
