This has been an extremely frustrating and terrible experience for me. sis1989 @deannatorres3 they restricted my buying privileges for an issue that occurred. Long story short they have made me email them back and forth apologizing and begging for their forgiveness. Then once I hear back from a rep saying they are going to reinstate my privileges they don't. It's been 2 wk long nightmare. Aside from that they allowed a buyer to return something based on buyers remorse. Honestly I'm just really over their incompetence. I'm going back to e bay and Merc.
