ninetimes99 @funkypineapple sure- I’m 5-6x upper body (why I look for stretchy fabrics) and 2-3x lower body. I don’t wear anything with polyester. Prefer Rayon/Viscose/Cotton & Spandex blends. I’m primarily looking for maxi length only (I’m 5’4”) with long sleeves. Black, dark blue, deep brown. Hope this helps! Also looking for maxi skirts 2x 😃🌸🙏 thank you!

resale_maven I’m so sorry the velvet shirt smelled of a fragrance. I never wore it, so it was also never washed! Now I’m concerned about what it could be!!! Maybe it was the candle that burns in the front room of the house!!! Anyway- thanks for the feedback! Enjoy.

ninetimes99 @chanelicon PoshMark limits the number of times you can send a bundle offer, so I find that it’s important to communicate with the customer on the comments inside the bundle and be sure they’re ready for an offer on the bundle as it’s been presented. But at the bottom of the screen on the right, inside the bundle, there’s an “Offer” button. Read the offer info carefully. (Continues)

ninetimes99 @chanelicon for example, if you have a bundle of 4 items for normal price 100, and you have bundle discount 20% with 3 items or more, it will show 80 after the bundle discount. You can then click on “Offer” and send an offer for 75+ 5 discounted shipping ($1.80 off), if you told the customer they could do this if they bought 4 items. Anyway, I do hope this helps! 🌷

starzelda7 Hi Kim, Thank you so much for the welcome! I do have a couple of things to ask about. What does the NFSale listing do ? Used for? & also posting a $3 sale fee. When I first started to list, another posher who proposed trading w me, told me to list 3 of my items at $3 so she could decide which she wanted. Well, we never did trade anything & now I cannot edit the listings to sell them. Can u explain & help me w this? Thx!😽

ninetimes99 @darceedw Sure! I’m confused as to why you cannot edit them, though. Are they registering as “sold”? Otherwise, click on Edit, change the prices, then scroll down and click on the “Not for Sale” and then List. It should work.

I’ve since put the note in my closet guidelines that I welcome any opportunity to make things right for the customer before they choose to rate any lower than a 5. There’s no way to change it, unless the customer does it. You can reach out to them and ask what you can do to make it right and have them raise the rating. It’s a delicate conversation ✨🌸✨ Hope this helps you! -Kim

I take a lot of care to package nicely and add a gift. Just annoyed because she ruined a 5 star rating. Had one 4 star and both items were new!!!. Frustrating

Posting listings (in my opinion) should be as thorough and clear as possible, with great photos, measurements, tags, fabric or material content, and color selections. It takes longer but it’s worth it because people search by all those things.

ninetimes99 @b_marshall I choose not to sell on multiple platforms to prevent any overlaps in sales and also for my own convenience and consistency in processing. Also, my sales records are in one place. Many poshers do that, however. It’s up to you! Sales seem to come in waves - and yes there can be down times. I will do my best, sometimes it takes a few days to catch up. Mostly because I need to invest time in customer service as well. That’s why I say if it becomes “not fun” that’s when I’ll slow down and go outside in nature ✨😃✨💞

catlovernj @ninetimes99 That’s realistic. Most of us need to get away and catch up the best we can... My follower count is going up and it’s getting hard to return all shares. I once found a listing that offers an intriguing rule...she said to go back and return shares from the last 30 minutes. Not sure of logic...Another PFF returns shares if it’s more than 3. No one can keep up without some ground rules and time to do other things.

ninetimes99 @b_marshall after I create my listings, I delete all the photos from my devices. It keeps memory freed up. If you ever want to “re-do” your photos, you can, or take a screen shot on your phone from the app to adjust it-again, deleting when you’re through. Using iCloud or Dropbox to store photos instead is also helpful, but it seems redundant if they’re not needed. 😃

ohusoneedthis Kim, it’s Julie again! For right now I’m staying open. But I have a lovely piece of bone left from the surgery—which means another surgery. So, there is possibility that I might close a couple of weeks. So, the surgery can heal and I can redo my closet and list some of the many things not listed now. I’ve 250-300 more clothing listings. Plus, I haven’t even looked at my jewelry!!! I’ll never get all my listings done until I at least shut down briefly!!!’ What’s your advice!!!

Select the first Item “Getting Started” then Scroll down ALL THE WAY to the bottom of the screen and select “Support Center” and type the word “RETURN” in the search box. In addition to sizes, I almost always provide measurements and encourage customers to know their measurements! As a general rule, returns are not easily done on PoshMark. ninetimes99 @zuesisis Basically, he should just keep them. If the size and description was correct on your listing, the return would not be allowed. It’s best to go with the PoshMark guidance of no returns. The only time they allow a resolution is if an incorrect item was shipped. 😃

ohusoneedthis I’m so sorry that I declined the offer on coral colored—dress. Because I can’t wear that size. You had made such a good offer!!! I’m going to try to start sharing again. As I’m surprised you’re still sharing again. Have had a sinus infection since September. And have had multiple rounds of antibiotics and none have worked. I have 5 days left of a 28 day round of Levaquin. So may actually have to put vacation hold on my account to give my self time to recuperate!

ninetimes99 @3_rules_of_life Sure, I’m happy to help. Each time you edit/share an item, it moves to the “top” of your closet. I recommend sharing everything at least once a day, from bottom to top. You know when you get a “offer to likers” offer from a seller and you click on it and u see all the previous offers they’ve sent u like $32 & 4.99 shipping etc. and in between the offers it says ‘this listing was edited’ and then they offer $36 & $4.99 ship. How are they able to do this? Because usually your next offer has to be 10% less than your last. What the heck are they editing?

ninetimes99 @quel_w Sure, glad to help! Sellers can increase prices, too. Any time editing is done on the listing (even description) is noted. It’s a buyer/seller market, and costs to sellers typically outweigh the discount offers. Every month, the offers to likers reset to a degree... it’s not going to infinitely drop in price. For example, I have items on sale, but I will put everything back to regular price when the sale ends. Hope this helps you! ✨😃✨
