When I attempt to share something from certain closets, I get a message " cannot share from this closet". Is there a menu somewhere where people can shut this option off? pppammmela @jacyhappy It is! I just had to tell you, I would love to do that too! I went to school for photography and that is what I wanted to do. But the jobs where I live were more in portrait photography and so I did that for a while until I realized it wasn’t for me. Keep doing it! I've played with abstract painting for years, worked with an agent that helped me sell lots of paintings, then got tired of paying her a fee every month, lol. Worked in graphic design for years. pppammmela @jacyhappy Happy to meet you too! Well my full-time job keeps me pretty busy, along with my 15-year-old daughter, I am just discovering the world of Poshmark which is pretty fun. I used to do a lot of graphic design myself! I’ve never been a great drawer but I do love art. I have tried to teach myself the paint and while I like my work I’m not sure the world would agree LOL. At the end of the day I think creating things is an emotional outlet and what makes it special.

(I'm dating myself here) I wore the beige fur jacket to my wedding in 1985, still looks fabulous. The jackets were/are in excellent condition for their age. They really manufactured garments to last. Someone did ask me to take info offline of Poshmark. I politely told them all info is in the listing and I keep all transactions on PM Here we are protected from scamers. jacydesignart @pinkniqque hello pink, thank u for the nice compliment! After making a commission on a sale, my favorite thing on PM is giving my customers a beautiful package. I wrap the items with tissue, ribbons, flowers, other found items, then put them in a mailing box. If items are fragile, I use bubble wrap too. Happy poshing! 😀😀😀😀😀

jacydesignart @pinkniqque do you have Dollar Tree or a dollar store in your area? I get the majority of my supplies at Dollar Tree, tissue, flowers, ribbon, thank you notes (all $1). Keep your receipts, if u need to pay taxes from PM, you can deduct these packing supplies. I learned starting in 2022, if we earn $600 or more, PM will send us 1099s.

Your cover pictures show the fabric which are all beautiful, however I suggest you that you try show the actual piece in your cover picture and the fabric second, that would help your listing sell faster because all the items behind the fabric are fabulous! Just my suggestion with love! And again, I so appreciate you sharing my closet!!! 🌸😍🌸

jacydesignart @214your_million You can do it! Start with a silent show. If you like to talk, you can have your mic on and your items will run in a slide show. I've done 3 shows, one sale (not in the show but after).I'm not ready to do a share show, although the share shows get the most viewers. I;ve learned from other share show hosts, to take control of the show, state your guidelines, so it does not turn into chaos. If people get out of hand, you can block them. I do a Silent show (mic on) Thursdays 4:05 ET
