This high quality Ports International vintage red paisley print blouse has button front and cuffs. Stand up collar, wear buttoned all the way up or leave a few buttons open. Buttons look like shell. Scoop shirt tail hem, pleats on back. Sleeves are wide at the top and narrow to the cuffs. Made in Hong Kong. Wear this great blouse with jeans and boots or a skirt. Belted or tucked in. Tag size 4, I think this could fit up to size small to medium depending on how you like your fit.
