@sandras_styles oh no I'm so sorry that happened! I usually open the zipper all the way & sort of fold the pillow in half & then place it inside I never had one tear before , tried to make a bundle with the insert not sure if u got it or if you have to "like " the insert first it's in the "home"listing section
