raglolly @fabuloustwinnie hmmmm - it’s new still with tags, never been carried. I’m sorry I didn’t see damage, nor do I know where it could’ve happened. You can chose not to accept it and “open a case”- posh will handle it from there. That’s the only way to get a return....it will cost me shipping both ways which will be more than you paid for the purse 😐.

raglolly @l_will_young yes, Posh started the sales tax as of April 1st 😐. To my understanding it will be per state (not sure if it’s state purchased from or purchased by-?) I’m in NC, ours is 7%. It will stink for folks in high tax states! I will ship it out tomorrow

I thought I might be taking a chance as I am not too familiar with Draper James, but it is really, really, really big on me. I am so sorry to ask, but is there any chance you would consider a return?
