secondhook @jillwilliams140 I love to help! The best advice I can give to give you is to work hard at creating great pictures for your listings. It is so important to have good lighting and a white background. You can make a simple “photo studio” just by putting a hook on a white or off white wall to hang each item on. Pick a room or space that gets great natural light. Then you can use an app like PicTapGo to improve your lighting. Let me know how it goes and feel free to connect with me on IG. ❤️ Erin

jillwilliams140 @skglenn Sandi, the “pdf” is st the bottom Of the email that you received from Poshmark stating a sale. Double click on that “pdf” and send it to your printer, then print out the mailing address. It’s hard the first time but easy afterwards. Poshmark is amazing! Let me know if you are having trouble. kyrahgrenier Hey Jill, I received the Toss champagne pajamas which I purchased as a gift for someone else. Nowhere in your listing did it show or state that they were monogrammed. I would not have purchased these had I known they had someone else's monogram on them. I feel like I should be reimbursed partially for this as it feels a bit deceitful and now makes for a very awkward gift.
