sms07v Hhhmm that's a good question. I think you can go to problems/ inquiry tab and put in the info. It's my bad so it should be fairly easy to get a refund. They will provide a shipping label so you can ship it back to means as soon as its delvered they refund your funds. I think that's how it works.

alabamatravis So sry you were disappointed in the shirt...it was 100% the exact shirt on the Banana Republic Model-if you fold/roll over the sleeves they will stay up. I bought 3 shirts last week on Posh; all my size none fit! It's an online shopping risk. All clothing line sizes run differently. These Poshers fufilled all the seller's responsibilities so I gave them 5 🌟 ratings. If you had contacted me prior to rating I would have been MORE than willing to do anything to make you satisfied. HAPPY POSHING.
