I have a bundle that someone bought but I can not possibly fit it into one box. I know I can’t use the same label twice, but do you know what else I might be able to do? Thanks in advance

notoriousang @amrodd - how many items is your bundle sale? The labels are paid for up to 5lbs. So I would think you should be okay. If not you can get a label for more weight. You would need to generate a new shipping label in the app. Go to your account tab, select My Sales, Select your order, select Need New Shipping Label, select need Heavier Weight Label. notoriousang @amrodd - no, you won’t be able to print the label twice. You would need to find a box to fit pillow and other items and weigh it. If it weighs 5lbs or LESS then you are okay. If it weighs MORE than 5 lbs you would need to get new Label with more weight it will come out of your earnings

notoriousang @picklebunny - so sorry you had couple bad experiences with purchases. Ask yourself if the description & sizes were represented correctly. If not, you can open a claim against seller state whats wrong with pics If the seller represented item correctly & it didn’t quite fit, you can re-sell item. I rate seller on description & how their items are posted, condition they arrive in. Hope that helps let me know
