I measured from side seam to side seam from the back. It was difficult because it is strapless. However 18 in just above the bra strap at the back, side to side seam. Back waist 16 in from the back side seam to side seam and hips 28 in side seam to side seam at the back. So if you double these numbers you will have your approx value. Hope this helps. A difficult measure do to the style.
