Paige Jeans (Hemmed at bottom)

Size 30, blue gems on back pockets and in front left, really pretty, 100% sure bottoms of this bootcut/flare pant have been hemmed. I am 5"10 and when i try these on they are much too short for me. Lying flat the inseam measures approx 28", deff been taken into a sewing place and hemmed at bottom Rise is 8" waist is 15.5"
