@fitztoronto the measurements for the dress laid flat are
19” across bust
17” across waist ( draw string cinches in a few inches”
~25” across hips
25” from waist to hem
The original slip underneath is missing and the one under there now is a smaller. About 17” flat across the bust and 19” flat across the hips.
I’d be happy to discount and sell it worth out the slip If the dress works but the slip does not
