@sheltie5 I did not see your last comment obviously or would have replied. Simply waiting to receive both pieces back so I may fix my mistake. Poshmark said they will cover return costs as I have never made this mistake before, though I am yet to see a return shipment tracking yet on either. You and the other buyer want and will receive the appropriate item. I don't know how to refund the shipping so I will inquire.

@sheltie5 Why on Earth was shipping nearly 20 dollars? This whole interaction has been quite rude. I have repeatedly apologized for this mistake. I didn't receive either package until the 22nd and have been out of town visiting family. Who logically spends more than they paid for an item to return something? I was told by poshmark that they were covering return costs for my only mistake since it has never happened before. Send receipts before I or they reimburse anything. Thanks.

@tawnyalc87 Young lady you have not received MY package yet because I have not mailed it. I will put it in the mail tomorrow. Once again you are mistaken! Posh sent me a return label so that I can send it back free of charge. If the other purchaser was not aware of how to do this you should have taken the initiative to help her get the postage covered. You have a lot of nerve admonishing her for taking care of a situation that you screwed up.

I literally have never dealt with this situation either and have been dealing with the attempted suicide of a close friend over the HOLIDAYS so PARDON ME for not being better informed. smh. I'm not trying to be rude and I'm sorry about your friend (they are very lucky to have you) but you did tell us to send it back---@tawnyalc87 says "I will happily cover return or however that needs to facilitated through the platform so we can get this corrected for you both"---I have a photo of the return postage-I agree it's ridiculous-I paid for extra fast shipping and am only asking for the cost for the 7 day option. I can send you a photo of the receipt just not sure how to get it to you

The PO also measured the box - they seem to be doing that more and more - I get nervous when that tape measure comes out. I did mail it back in the same box. Maybe Poshmark has a deal with the PO in that it's much cheaper

Reality is you've been quite rude especially yesterday - Realize I don't sell on Poshmark - You being the experienced seller - should have NEVER mentioned about sending it back - you should have KNOWN the protocol. I certainly hope you are prompt in sending the item out to @sheryl_docs and don't make her wait even longer

@sheltie5 I am not concerned with any screen shots being taken as there is nothing to report to anyone. Just because I have sold a few things on this site does not make me a handbook of operations. How many times I have had to state this is the first time I have dealt with this situation is becoming tiresome. I work 2 jobs and go to school. I was in the woods with poor reception to answer your question about delays.

@sheltie5 I can also care less if you purchase anything from me again. I sell a few items a year max. Not the Amazon of poshmark experience by any means. What a terrible headache for a financial loss. Poshmark said they would cover shipping, they apparently took several days to send such labels but I was equally in the dark.

In the meantime, I won't be able to reach the package to send other item until Tuesday morning as it went to my old residence and I am on double shifts everyday until then. I'm done apologizing.
