Excellent condition smocked tiered olive green midi dress by Perch by Blue Pepper in a size small. I love the style but the colour doesn't go well with my skin tone. Worn once. It is partially lined from waist down, lightweight, with a keyhole button loop closure at the back of the neck. No rips, stains or damage.
