Fitted waist - no waistband for super comfort. Fully lined. Too stitched waist and darts. Tag reads size 10 but it was always a little big on me and I’m an 8-10 on the bottom. It has been pinned to fit both mannequins, the largest and 8-10. Is say it fits a larger 10 or someone between a 10-12. Non stretch.
