shopcocoarmadio @pitbuddy_gabye hello and thank you for your inquiry. If you look at the photos and closeup you can see they are not wood and have scratches on them. As noted, the wear of from customers trying them on in store. As for returns, I had to look this up as the transaction is between you and Poshmark. You may please refer to Poshmark’s resources yourself, but I read they do not accept returns due to size, etc.
