mon1ka hi! is the 49" length measured from neckline to hem? also, is this opaque or is it sheer?

bbkii @mon1ka hi!! It is from the highest part of the dress to the bottom. The outer layer is sheer, however there is an opaque inner layer as well so it’s not see through :)!
