Pink vintage baby girl dress pinafore 12 months

This dress is too cute for words. It's pink and has a pinafore with pink polka dots and lace attached. It has perfect poofy sleeves and a Peter Pan collar. There are 2 buttons in the back. It says that it's size 12 months but seems to be made small. It's the length of a short 9 month dress but it looks like the blind hem could be undone to make it into a longer dress. It fit my very big daughter like a long top as it's hemmed right now. It has some pilling but is in good vintage condition.
