jeana_marie Hi Steph, my heart goes out to you and your family. . My daughter suffered a traumatic brain injury when she was 17 yrs old. She is doing well. Her daily struggles are the things we take for granted. Tremors make it difficult to eat, drink and walk. Putting make up on, writing, putting jewelry on, etc. is almost impossible. slahey1 @sgiglenda Hey, I'm really sorry that happened :(( I think what you could do is say that in a sense it was never delivered. I wouldn't want you to send the bottle back. From looking online, there's an option that says "problems/order inquiry" under the purchase in your account. If you make a claim, I think that should fix the issue, and you should get a refund. Can you try that and tell me when it works?
