Stretchy cotton-mix material, not constrictive, super comfortable and with excellent coverage. Measurements Leg inseam 26" From crotch to bottom of V neck 11" p2p 12.5" No tags, but due to the mainly cotton material I think it might be Los Angeles Apparel.
