Polka Dot Blue Denim Tunic Dress

Blue denim tunic dress with darker blue polka dots and button up collar from White Stuff in Wales. Sleeves can be full length with buttoned down cuffs or rolled to half length and buttoned up. I only wore it once, to give it a fair shake but, as suspected, it just isn't my size (so NWOT). Please note, a UK 12 is more akin to a 10 in Canadian sizing.
