set of 4. the handmade/painted imperfections are what make these charming. 2 of the stars are noticeably less intensely pigmented. white porcelain. made in India. the gold tone screws are quite long for most standard cabinets (though would be long enough for a bifold door) i had installed one of them on a buffet and switched the one screw out to a shorter length which worked for my cabinet. i ended up not liking the look with my buffet but they are very cute and could look very charming installed on something else. with maybe a boho or coastal/cottagey feel
