Porridge Tunic Top/Dress

New without tags. Size 2X. Porridge Anthropologie. Tunic Top or dress. Has smocking at neck. Elastic and slight flared bells at sleeve ends. Blue with orange pattern. Buttons up back of neck. This has never been worn, but there are 2 small FLAWS in the fabric. One is only visible from the inside (photos 9 & 10) and the other is a little visible on the outside (photos 11 & 12). 100% rayon.
