I didn't want to do anything more to it because the hat is (well.., was) in new condition. I am really sorry about the mishap. I would be happy to cancel the order. calkid79 As I'm new here, I don't understand how there is a risk selling to someone if they are new as I have attached a credit card to immediately pay if an offer is accepted. It's my understanding if an item is over $500, it's sent to Poshmark first for verification and then, once authenticated, sent to the buyer. Not to be rude in anyway, just not understanding your reason for blocking my purchase of the sunglasses or how I would be of a risk.

aniaisabella @tugboatca OMG, I watched the video and I feel bad. She still lives with her mom and I think there is some sort of disability there. Regardless, she should not be selling items she doesn't have and is lying about being hers when in the video she say it's some friends that has showroom. It's crazy...someone commented under one of her bags and said she should stay on her meds.

When purchasing luxury items it's always important to look at the sellers entire account and other items listed. She had 10 NWT's bags, she just bought and said she doesn't like. That makes no sense. She was a new seller with no feedback. There are a lot of good ethical sellers on this site. It's too bad some have to ruin it for everybody.

858classic @linzeg my seamstress said she can put a few heavy duty stitches at the bottom of the zipper so it doesn’t come off the teeth. It’s totally repairable. No big deal at all. Thanks so much. 858classic @lorimarg oh no! I can’t believe it. I must have switched the mailing labels. I sent those two items out on the same day. I’ve never made such a stupid mistake before. I’m so sorry. Please report it to Poshmark that you received the wrong item and that I switched the two labels on these two items. I can’t tell you how sorry I am. I’ll reach out to them as well. What a mess. The mail is taking forever to deliver these items too, with all the bad weather. I can’t apologize enough.

I have no access to tracking numbers on my end so I am unable to see where they are in transit. I will let you know when Poshmark figures out where both these items are. Nightmare!

Im surprised they didn’t send one to you. They should have. Hopefully it gets to you by Friday or Saturday. I appreciate you sending the item back to the correct buyer ASAP. I wish she would have done the same.
