dressedbygeri That is fortunate! I live in Miami and find it nearly impossible to find anything good or anything at all unless from high end vendors & vintage boutiques. The best stuff I would find was while traveling through small towns. Gold mines...but it's been awhile. Keep digging! You've found some great pieces! I don’t know if I am approaching this the correct way, but I wanted to ask your advice as an ambassador what to do if I am completely disappointed in an item I just received today? divasquared @denisalee123 Good morning! So sorry for the delay in response. If the item you received is not as described then you should not accept it and let posh know what is wrong with it. Remember, if it’s a fit issue there’s not much you can do as they will not accept that as a reason for return. Hope that helps!

denisalee123 @divasquared Good morning & thanks for getting back with me, I appreciate it. I have contacted PM bit haven’t heard anything from them, but it is getting close to me needing to accept it as far as the rules go. I received the shoes Friday. It has nothing to do with the fit, they just are so hard you can’t get your feet into them. It’s like they are plastic or if we’re anything close to leather, they got wet and have hardened. I will not be able to wear them and I wouldn’t re-posh them to anyone.
