I've been collecting stuff all my life, still do, from estate sales, thrift stores and family. The items I sell are my own, or from my 97 year old mother. Vintage things are generally used before I get them.

Hi, I'm just a doc who learned from a top-selling ambassador that the best way to share is 3-5 at a time ONLY and to do it SLOWLY, every 10 seconds. Also not to share more than every 6-12 hours in order for the FEED to have a chance to show items. You can call me nasty names but I believe my patients need me more than Poshmark. Hi Anita, the person you congratulated for the host party and I made a comment - got mad at me for "chatting" with you on her post!! She sent me a comment "Was that congratulating message to me or you've used my Party post for chatting?" I responded I meant no harm and I shared some of her items. She then shared some of mine and said good luck and blocked me. I've never been blocked before. Wow, just wow! I really ruffled her feathers! I thought this was a "community!" Sheesh!! Overreaction!!

@ringthing313 I don't know how you didn't follow her rules! Everyone suggests their fellow poshers. She thinks she's Miss Poshmark. Takes herself too seriously. In truth, the parties don't really do anything. I've had items picked a few times for a party and I was very flattered but it doesn't really help them sell. Some say it's the "kiss of death." I share to parties hoping for more exposure. Sorry she was mean to you, too!!

@marveylust I'd love to go thrifting with you! It's my favorite pastime. And my husband and I love Oak Park! Every few years we used to drive up and stay at the Carlton Hotel. There's a thrift store a few blocks away that I enjoyed. That would be fun π
