I've been collecting stuff all my life, still do, from estate sales, thrift stores and family. The items I sell are my own, or from my 97 year old mother. Vintage things are generally used before I get them.
My husband and I live in a tiny old fixer upper near the Great Lakes with our cat, Larry ๐ป

Hi, I'm just a doc who learned from a top-selling ambassador that the best way to share is 3-5 at a time ONLY and to do it SLOWLY, every 10 seconds. Also not to share more than every 6-12 hours in order for the FEED to have a chance to show items. You can call me nasty names but I believe my patients need me more than Poshmark. Hi Anita, the person you congratulated for the host party and I made a comment - got mad at me for "chatting" with you on her post!! She sent me a comment "Was that congratulating message to me or you've used my Party post for chatting?" I responded I meant no harm and I shared some of her items. She then shared some of mine and said good luck and blocked me. I've never been blocked before. Wow, just wow! I really ruffled her feathers! I thought this was a "community!" Sheesh!! Overreaction!!

@ringthing313 I don't know how you didn't follow her rules! Everyone suggests their fellow poshers. She thinks she's Miss Poshmark. Takes herself too seriously. In truth, the parties don't really do anything. I've had items picked a few times for a party and I was very flattered but it doesn't really help them sell. Some say it's the "kiss of death." I share to parties hoping for more exposure. Sorry she was mean to you, too!!

@spgrn1281 the best part of our house is the front porch, it was built on in 1940 and is all enclosed, a four season room. That's where I take pictures of my stuff. I am just starting to get into house plants again. ๐ฅฐ

@ringthing313 our front porch is our pride and joy. We have room for two chairs, a teal bench, coffee table and couple end tables from old copper vases. We have many walkers in the neighborhood and we say hello to everyone. Weโve made so many acquaintances from the porch, a real blessing for sure.
