Yes, my name really is Bland but I don't think that I'm bland at all. I love meeting new people and think that PoshMark is a fabulous community of women!! I have met some of the sweetest ladies, and am thankful to be able to share my closet and wonderful conversations with you all. As a middle aged woman... yes, I am... blandw @anamarie1 Hi Annamarie! I'm taking pictures right now and I will have a listing created. From what I was reading Poshmark doesn't allow the sale of iPhones and so sometimes they are blocked and the sale is canceled. Have you heard this to be the case? I will create a regular listing with the iPhone, but if it's a problem I guess I need to create a listing for an iPhone cover and show the iPhone since it will be included in the sale. 😘😘

blandw @scarlettstained I got this on one of our trips to the Biltmore in Asheville North Carolina. That's one of my favorite places in the world and we go there every couple of months. Talk about some beautiful antiques!!!! The table in the dining room seats I think they said 70 people! Have you ever been? I have other hats that I bought when I lived in England. I got them at Harrods and Selfridge's. Hats make you feel so feminine and beautiful, don't you think?

Our friendships meant to be@blandw is my vintage Sis we were supposed to run a Victorian dress shop boutique complete with hats and fine costume jewelry in our lifetime but some how we were moved forward to the late 19th century and frozen in time here!!! I was thinking Hot springs would be a great Posh Party Place in Arkansas it's central &.there is plenty of shopping fine dining and spas thats what I was talking to you about I know I can rent a convention hall there or lodging package.the little rock airport is only 45 minutes away.we can make it happen! ;) it would be so fun to hang out a night with our favorite posh friends

My sister and I get together with our families each year in July near my bday. I think Kings Creek is a part of RCI but we've never been able to figure out how to bank our week and go elsewhere... although we'd love to!!! Hot Springs sounds divine! There's a Hot Springs VA too. angelinla YOu look amazing!, I just was browsing your closet, and read your bio. I don't think you need to diet, at all. Just avoid sugar, flour, and corn starch. That means more greens and fruit. You can't stop bad behavior, alone, with out incorporating good behavior instead. I keep saying it too! But it's hard bc me and my bf are both sweet tooths!!! Let me know if anything is working great for you, or you hear some great tips. I think for me, I just got to be committed, to it. It's been hard!

If you drink 16oz of water within 30 mins of waking up every morning, actually raises your metabolism! Also make green smoothies at home, has amazing nutrients. There are tons of recipes online for whatever you are looking for taste wise 😁

blandw @scarlettstained Hi Charlotte! I'm so sorry you've been dealing with a funeral. I hope it wasn't someone too close to you because that's always a difficult time. I wish I could go to posh fest this year but it's too close to Christmas. With this blended family there are too many kids! I have four sons and two daughters in law, my husband has three daughters and one son-in-law. Christmas is a major financial undertaking! My stepdaughters still love to send out their Christmas Lists even though they are in their 20s! Oh yeah, and did I mention that I have two grandbabies on the way? Yippee!! I can't wait for our spring getaway!! I think I have enough reward points saved up to convert to an airline ticket. Are you a Delta Kappa posh sister yet? rondasee Hi @blandw, I love Asheville. AND I love your closet and AND I have a question for you. How do you keep your closet organized by color? I haven't read anything that explains how to do that. I'm a new Posher and have been trying to read a lot. You have to make major changes in your lifestyle to lose weight. For me it was breast cancer. I lost 30 pounds. I have a sick sense of humor and always get funny looks when I tell people the Cancer Diet works for me. But hey, I like to find the joy in every situation. 😃 Hope 2014 is your best year yet.

dancelovewander Hi I'm Kristin!! Wow you do NOT look 52!!!! I couldn't believe it when I read that! About diet: I got a muscle test done for food sensitivities and I found out that I am sensitive to wheat, corn, eggs, and soy. That was in January of this year and I stopped eating those things. Since then I've lost 15 pounds and I feel better than ever!!! Get tested for your body and you never know what you might find!!!

I think that I will take your advice and get tested to see what I might be allergic to. My sister dropped a ton of weight when she quit eating products containing gluten. It's not that she was fat before, but she went from a size 10 to a size 2-4 all because of gluten. Are you fairly new on Poshmark? 😃😃

But as you asked...Here's a tip I did after my babies were born and the weight didn't subside so easily....eat a tiny portion entree (small, but meat and 2 portions veggies), then a medium salad. Other times a soup then the larger salad. It's filling, it's satisfying and its a healthy way to downsize :).

Be proud of your size and age. I would of never guessed. Skinny is for the teens to show off. Older men don't like bones. Walking and lifting some weights are better for you. Eat healthy and six small meals a day the size of your palm and you will lose the weight.

stephielyn67 You look awesome but as a middle aged woman I too have grown out of a lot of my favorite items, I don't seem to have time to make my items so pretty! Most things I can't wear to show how they look on 😬 it's those extra pounds I too am trying to shed! What are you doing to try to get where you want to be? I've been a roller coaster my whole life at about 40 I think that was my best healthy weight! That after baby rolls stuck to me in late 20s and early 30s when I got rid of about 180 pounds of pure JERK I found the new not bland me. Nice to meet you!!! Keep me posted!

blandw @avrilloy God morning Avril, I am so sorry about this! I was truly unaware of any damage. I got them for my daughter but they weren’t her style (she’s nearly 6’) and felt too tall in them. She brought them back for me to sell and I didn’t see any damage when I was doing the photos for the listing and they have been stored in my Posh closet ever since. I was out of town so I packed your order late on Sunday night after our return. Again, I’m sooo sorry!

I like the Brighton Piatto(?) crossbody. It is listed as NWT, yet the back brown leather looks used. It appears to be a soft glove leather, but pic doesn’t make the leather look new.
