momriandco @samanthacgon a lot of people make listings that say "make an offer" by just posting a random photo and labeling it as an accessory, then listing it as $3 so it marks it as not available. To do discounts, you can go to your seller tools tab on the bottom right icon and it lets you apply whatever discount you want!
