We were able to use this for 2 years, just fit a bit differently each year (wore at 6 months - body fit fine but hat was a bit large, and again right around 18 months, and it fit like a glove). A little bit of fuzziness at one part of the inner wing where it got caught on Velcro, see photo. Nothing else to note. Super cute and lots of life left (was recently laundered and laid flat to dry).
